Punjab Health Foundation (PHF)

The Punjab Health Foundation (PHF) was established in 1993 with the prime mandate to provide financial assistance and technical support to the private sector healthcare providers so that they could share the burden of public sector in provision of healthcare services to the general public.

• Creche Consultants (Private) Limited has provided the services of designing an Interest Free Loans Scheme for Doctors, Nurses, Paramedics, Registered Homeopathic & Hakeems and other Health Professionals. We also suggested ways and means to ensure 100% recovery of the loans & converting funds into revolving mechanism. Creche has guided the Punjab Health Foundation in effective monitoring of scheme to ensure right utilization of the loan amount; and developed a standardized model for these professionals/clinics based on minimum service delivery standards as prescribed by PHCC.
• Subsequent to launching of the scheme the Punjab Health Foundation (PHF) engaged the services of Creche Consultants to develop Human Resource, Credit and Financial Manuals in order to ensure smooth functioning and efficient decision making.

American Refugee Committee (ARC)

The American Refugee Committee (ARC) is an international nonprofit, nonsectarian organization that has provided humanitarian assistance and training to millions of beneficiaries over the last 30 years.

• ARC has appointed Creche consultants to conduct Baseline Study of out of school children across Pakistan within the age group from 6 to 16 years. Our frim has identified the key areas of Pakistan where there is a high ratio of out of school children. survey conclusion and recommendations has also been drawn and presented to client.
